As a member of the global team, you will drive transformation of global banking operations to achieve exceptional customer experience whilst balancing scalability and cost.

They are looking for people can make change happen in a very complex environment: fast thinking with exceptional big picture perspective, able to deep dive when needed. Someone who engages others and influences at all levels and can work under pressure whilst having fun.

Role responsibiities incude:

  • Co-creation and execution of Global Operations Strategy underpinned by key milestones and KPIs
  • By understanding country operating models and environmental context, apply performance management systems to drive cross-country collaboration and thus impact key metrics
  • Support global communities to ensure alignment with global and local strategies covering business, operations, risk, tech and people
  • Deliver presentations to senior management to provide strategic updates and seek endorsement of recommendations
  • Identify key stakeholders and drive change to support strategy and outcome delivery

Skills required

  • 5+ years experience in a Tier 1 consultancy firm, ideallydealing with Financial Services sector clients.
  • Alternatively a similar role in-house in a large corporate or bank
  • Strong conceptual / systems thinking – ability to quickly understand complex problems, identify key issues and formulate actions
  • Ability to transform concepts/ ideas to PowerPoint
  • English language skills
  • Master’s degree from a highly regarded institution

Salary details

Rate: Market rate

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months plus

Location: Amsterdam, the Netherlands
