Transformation Architect - Financial Services

Role requirements

In this interesting and varied role you are resposnsible for the following, but not limited to:

  • Be the day-to-day focus for the management of the transformation project
  • Co-ordinate/support the activities of the functional and country leads
  • Manage high-level project budgets and status
  • Manage stakeholders
  • Manage project issues, risks and key decisions
  • Facilitate the project / portfolio governance process and ensure the project team comply with the governance procedures
  • Reporting

Skills required

  • Strong knowledge and experience of business / enterprise architecture including development of business models and target operating models deployed in large scale global organizations, preferably in Banking and Financial Services
  • Strong background and understanding of end-to-end lifecycle of financial services’ value chains, including product knowledge, process flows, IT systems, accounting and regulatory / control requirements
  • Track record in large-scale and complex business transformation implementation, across countries and functions, at senior level
  • Experience in working with technology development teams during build and implementation phases of requirements.
  • Clear understanding of business, process improvement and IT trends and their impact on business strategies. Understanding of methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
  • MBA preferred / Management Consulting experience
